Job Description
Netflix is seeking a Manager, Consumer Insights for their Games division. This high-impact role will lead a team of researchers focused on understanding trends, developing new capabilities, and influencing decisions regarding the games themselves. The ideal candidate will have experience leading research teams and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They will contribute to defining the future direction of the Games Consumer Insights team and directly impact Netflix's impact on gaming.

Requirements

  • 10+ years leading mixed methods research
  • 4+ years leading research teams specialized in UX, ethnographic research, and quantitative studies
  • Effective communication skills and presentation abilities
  • Experience with gaming studios and a high-volume environment
  • Ability to travel between Los Angeles and Los Gatos
