Job Description
Cuisinart is seeking a Manager, Shopper Insights to lead research initiatives that uncover consumer attitudes, shopping behaviors, and product perceptions. This role supports strategic marketing decisions, involving brand strategy, communication development, and media planning. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that inform consumer engagement and improve the shopping experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in consumer insights, shopper research, or marketing analytics.
  • Strong skills in survey design, data analysis, and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with shopper journey mapping, segmentation, and media effectiveness studies.
