Manager, Continuing Education

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Business, Public Relations, Communications, Student Affairs, Education, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in adult education, outreach, non-credit programming, or program planning and management, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Experience in innovative marketing techniques across a variety of channels.
• End-to-end program lifecycle management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
• Ability to gather data, compile, and analyze for decision making and report generation.
• Advanced in computer software/applications and ability to learn new system.
• Excellent oral and written skills.
• Excel at building professional relationships both internally and externally, and working on cross-departmental teams.
• The ability to supervise/lead teams of full or part-time employees and instructors.
