Job Description

We develop, manufacture and repair critical turbine components for a range of engine platforms.

Requirements

  • Lead the site operational excellence team
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop the improvement strategy
  • Lead continuous improvement activities relative to quality, productivity, working capital, 5S, and capital expansion
  • Utilizes DMAIC (Define Measure Analyze Improve Control) as necessary to address problems in the business
  • Drive employee engagement
  • Train employees in operational excellence techniques
