Requirements
- Provide overall leadership and direction for all banquet operations
- Coordinate and direct the daily activities of the Banquet Operations team
- Work closely with Sales, Culinary, Food & Beverage leadership, and event clients
- Schedule and manage banquet staffing levels
- Partner with support teams to ensure room sets, event layouts, audiovisual requirements, and operational details are properly executed
- Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and evaluate banquet team members
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure banquet areas, equipment, and storage spaces meet company cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
- Monitor departmental performance and identify opportunities to enhance service levels, operational efficiency, and profitability
