Role Overview

The Program Manager of the Corporate Art Loan Program at deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum serves as the primary point of contact for all current corporate members, all business development of prospective corporate members and oversees the strategic growth of the program. This individual is responsible for maintaining and growing program revenue, artist roster and artwork collection, and fostering impact on community in line with Trustees core values.

What You Will Do

Expand client relationships, identify and follow up with potential leads, create content and outreach through cold emailing or calling and targeted networking to generate new opportunities, oversee full artwork selection cycle with clients, guide prospects and clients through established onboarding process, facilitate communication throughout entire sales cycle, maintain program website and printed collateral, and professionally represent the Trustees and deCordova in the Greater Boston corporate world.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of consultative sales and development experience, preferably in museums or galleries
  • Expertise in managing a complex sales cycle from lead generation to service fulfillment with companies of various sizes
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Demonstrated planning and organizational skills to effectively manage and prioritize high volume workflow and timeline, while remaining detail oriented
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team and independently
  • Familiarity and understanding of maintaining data for customer relationship management tools
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop
  • Ability to learn and effectively use Artwork Archive and Airtable
  • Prior art handling and installation experience preferred
  • Eye for art and design
  • Agile and can quickly adapt to organizational changes
