Job Description
We’re looking for a Manager Customer Support to lead our team in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, supporting our aviation maintenance operations efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in aviation maintenance operations, customer support, supply chain, or related areas, and 2+ years of leadership experience overseeing multiple functional areas. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, aviation maintenance, or other field related to job duties.
  • 5+ years of experience in aviation maintenance operations, customer support, supply chain, or related areas.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience overseeing multiple functional areas.
  • Strong understanding of aircraft parts, MRO operations, facilities requirements, and EHS regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams in a fast paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Proficiency with inventory systems, procurement workflows, CRM tools, and basic safety management concepts.
