Job Description

The Manager Customer Support provides leadership across several key support functions within our aviation maintenance organization, including parts procurement, warehouse operations, customer support/reception, facilities management, environmental health & safety (EHS), and aftermarket sales. You’ll lead a diverse team, support customers, and ensure that all support functions—from procurement to facilities—work together to enable high quality service.
Requirements
Lead and develop assigned team members
Set clear performance expectations, promote accountability, and ensure productivity within each function
Foster a positive, customer focused culture across all touchpoints
