Job Description
NBCUniversal is seeking a Manager of Digital CX & E-Commerce to enhance the guest digital experience at the Universal Studios Hollywood property. This role focuses on data analysis, collaboration with partners, and driving improvements across the website, app, and store. The manager will champion the guest and lead experimentation to deliver best-in-class experiences.

Requirements

  • Establishing a customer centric experience
  • Strong understanding of online user experience
  • Experience establishing and elevating digital measurement and insights
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or MBA strongly preferred
  • 10 years of marketing or analytics experience
  • Experience in travel, entertainment, e-commerce or retail industries
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, planning and decision making
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or MBA
