What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies, conducting interviews and selection of candidates for hire/promotion, investigating and resolving hotline calls, internal complaints, and EEOC/State agency charges, and providing career mentoring and counseling for employees.

Requirements

  • Able to work in the US without company sponsorship now AND in the future.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, or a related field for Manager, HR position.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Human Resources, or a related field for Director, HR position.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Self-directed and motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Prior experience in employee relations, recruitment, and hiring selection
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all federal and applicable state employment laws
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • High degree of integrity in handling confidential information
