Role OverviewThe Manager, Divisional Learning & Development will lead and support the department's learning plans and goals by providing a wide variety of training and development support services. This role will partner with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to devise, implement, and assess training strategies that will improve employee performance, productivity, work quality, and morale.
What You Will Do
The Manager will manage end-to-end learning and development processes, design programs, develop and approve training content, and evaluate training program's effectiveness. They will also facilitate workshops, conduct Instructor Led Training, and maintain current understanding of training trends and best practices.
