Role OverviewAs a Donor Recruitment Manager, you will contribute to Vitalant's life-saving mission by overseeing the donor-recruitment team to successfully achieve annual and monthly goals through effective donor recruitment.
What You Will Do
You will develop market penetration plans, recruitment strategies, and monitor center resource allocation and scheduling to increase blood donations.

Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience in related field required.
- Valid in-state driver's license required.
- Three years related experience required to include: Two years supervisory experience required.
