Manager, Donor Services & Operations

The Manager, Donor Services & Operations will work hand-in-hand with the Director of Donor Services to handle the Donor Advised Fund (DAF) and Custodial Fund programs and their associated fundholders. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional, relationship-driven service to donors and fundholders of the JCF. This role oversees areas of administration, stewardship, and strategic support of Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs), custodial funds, supporting foundations, and related philanthropic vehicles, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and values-aligned donor experience.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include managing and administering JCF's grantmaking software, processing and entering grants and other disbursements, supporting the development and execution of the JCF Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) marketing strategy, responding to ad-hoc requests from donors, processing and managing all stock gifts received by JCF, building and maintaining strong relationships with fund holders, and maintaining deep familiarity with DAF guidelines, restrictions, payout rules, and charitable eligibility.
