Job Description
The Department of Surgery at UT Southwestern is hiring a Manager, Education Program. This position will oversee the Surgery Education Office, manage staff, and coordinate educational programming for residents, fellows, and faculty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7 years of related experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Proven ability to lead employee development and improve performance over time
  • Skilled in redesigning business processes for continuous improvement
  • Effective management of multiple short- and long-term projects with competing priorities
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; comfortable working with senior faculty
  • Experience with education systems such as MedHub, ERAS, E‐Value, and NRMP preferred
  • Working knowledge of higher education regulations, including ACGME, RRC, and ACOG
