Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking a Manager, Education Programs to oversee the Surgery Education Office, working with Program Directors and the GME office to manage resident, clerkship, and fellowship programs. The position will be responsible for university and hospital appointments and reappointments, financial planning, and staff management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7 years of related experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Proven ability to lead employee development and improve performance
  • Skilled in redesigning business processes for continuous improvement
  • Effective management of multiple short- and long-term projects
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with education systems such as MedHub, ERAS, E‐Value, and NRMP
