Job Description
The Manager, Education Programs oversees the Surgery Education Office, working closely with Program Directors, the GME Office, and supervising education coordinators supporting residency, clerkship, and fellowship programs.

Requirements

  • 7 years of related experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven supervisory leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills and familiarity with graduate medical education systems and accreditation requirements
