Job Description
Blommer has been providing delicious, high-quality chocolate and cocoa products to customers since 1939. We are looking for a motivated and reliable associate to help in our mission of Bringing Chocolate to Life! The Manager, Employee Relations & Governance will oversee employee relations case management & investigations, governance, policy interpretation & consistency, and plant HR coaching & capability development.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of progressive HR experience with a strong emphasis on employee relations
  • Demonstrated experience conducting complex investigations
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and ER best practices
  • Experience supporting hourly and manufacturing environments preferred
