Job Description
RightSite helps EMS agencies use their most limited resource, crews and units, where they matter most. As the primary relationship owner for RightSite's EMS partners, your core responsibility is ensuring the health and effectiveness of these partnerships. Your focus is not on traditional account management, but rather on the success of the partnership itself.

Requirements

  • Build durable relationships with EMS leadership, operations teams, dispatch, and field users
  • Understand how EMS actually works: shift pressure, dispatch constraints, crew skepticism, and the realities of public service
  • Support growth by ensuring agencies succeed after launch, through strong adoption, ongoing optimization, and visible operational value
  • Work closely with Sales, Implementation, Clinical Operations, and Leadership to ensure each partner has what they need
  • Monitor partner performance and utilization trends, identifying risks early and surfacing opportunities to improve outcomes and capacity
  • Plan and lead regular partner check-ins, performance data reviews, and on-site engagements to maintain alignment and trust
