Manage budget, cost, and schedule input for design assignments, drive program design to cost and design for manufacture requirements, communicate with other company personnel and the customer, and participate in proposal preparation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience
- U.S. Citizenship
