Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, equipment requirements, and engineering procedures. Lead manufacturability reviews and resolve design, material, tooling, and process concerns in collaboration with customers and internal teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a related engineering discipline, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Seven to ten years of progressive engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Previous management experience
- Experience in metals, tube manufacturing, roll forming, fabrication, or another industrial manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience leading engineering design, technical problem solving, process improvement, and capital projects
