Job Description
Ethics & Compliance Management provides strategic oversight, leadership, and direction within the Ethics and Compliance function. The role promotes a culture that encourages ethical conduct and a commitment to compliance.
Requirements
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of legal and compliance concepts, principles, and technical capabilities
Proven leadership ability with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication with all levels of the organization
Strong oral and written communication skills with experience in professional and formal writing
Demonstrated facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve goals
Customer-oriented attitude and ability to prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive projects
