Job Description
The Manager, Facilities Evergreen position is responsible for overseeing routine, preventative, and planned facility maintenance issues, departmental moves, and after-hours emergencies. The role involves working closely with Facilities Coordinators and their assigned departments to coordinate day-to-day operations, providing excellent communication, organization, customer service skills, and conflict resolution skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Five years of related experience
  • Three years of supervisory experience
