Role OverviewData driven Corporate Properties professional specializing in facilities operations, service delivery, and performance analytics. Leverages CMMS data to analyze work order trends, Service Level Agreement performance, interior space utilization, Move/Add/Change activity, and workplace amenities, translating findings into actionable insights for site and executive leadership.
What You Will Do
Monitor work orders, analyze ticket trends, evaluate café, food & coffee service, fitness center activity, and financial performance of these services. Provide analytics for space moves, conference room reservations, and all MAC activity. Ensure delivery of contractor scope adherence and all conditions, validate scope completion and collect service reports.

Requirements

- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, and work order systems.
- Ability to work independently in a large, complex office.
