Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS
  • 4+ years leading field, outside, or quota-carrying sales teams
  • Strong understanding of consultative or value-based selling frameworks
  • Proven success coaching teams to exceed targets in complex sales environments
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and influence senior-level decision makers
