Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis will oversee the Commissions group to ensure accurate and timely calculation and payment of sales commissions for CoStar's over 900 sales employees. The Manager will report to the Senior Director of Finance and work closely with other professionals within Sales, HR, and Finance to manage the monthly sales commission process.

What You Will Do

Manage a team of financial analysts, design and develop commission plans, partner with sales leadership and other internal groups to assist in commission plan and tracking analyses, maintain comprehensive commission plan documentation, and create ad hoc reports/analysis for business unit heads and executive management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Business Management, or Accounting, demonstrating professional growth and a trend of increasing responsibility
• Experience in people management or team lead
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills and experience with commissions/incentive compensation systems or other financial systems
• Experience in Commissions, Sales Finance, Sales Operations or Corporate Finance
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive level professionals within and outside of Finance
• Proven track record in recruiting, training, and managing finance staff
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a high transactional environment
• Detailed-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and analytical thinking
