The Manager will also be responsible for staff management, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
What You Will Do
The Manager, Fleet Services will perform duties such as measuring compliance with DOT and company policies, initiating inspections, attending seminars, auditing routes, coordinating transportation, reviewing specifications, investigating incidents, and establishing work procedures. The Manager will also be responsible for staff management, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of commercial driving, vehicle maintenance, and fleet planning experience, with previous supervisory experience. A valid class 'driver's license and proof of current insurance are required. Requirements
