Requirements

  • Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management for Food and Nutrition Services Supervisors, Coordinators, and Assistants
  • In conjunction with site staff and Volunteer Coordinator, train and oversee volunteers to ensure smooth, effective, and efficient functioning of pantry locations
  • Oversee and monitor daily food acquisition, storage, inventory management, distribution processes, home delivery services, and data collection systems
