Role OverviewWe are seeking a Manager, FP&A to join our North America Finance team. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, North America, this role partners with senior business leaders to support financial planning, performance management and commercial decision making across Capability/s and/or Region.

- A proactive, hands-on mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and take ownership
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for applying AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT/Claude) to finance work
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to dig into detailed data and translate it into clear, decision-useful insight
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable operating autonomously; able to manage own workload, prioritize, and know when to escalate
- Confident communicator, able to work with and present to senior stakeholders
