Job Description
Structural Integrity Associates, Inc. seeks a Manager, Fracture Mechanics for its Nuclear Analytical Services team, responsible for technical oversight, staff leadership, project management, and staff development.

Requirements

  • MS in Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, or a related field
  • PhD and/or MBA preferred
  • 12+ years of engineering experience, including at least 5 years of project management experience
  • Management of a technical product line, including P&L and budgeting responsibility
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in probabilistic and deterministic fracture mechanics evaluations, stress and fracture mechanics analyses using Finite Element Modeling, ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, and nuclear plant licensing regulations
  • Proficient in writing and reviewing technical reports and proposals, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
