Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Manager of Global HRIS to serve as the strategic bridge between Human Resources, IT, and Finance. The ideal candidate will modernize our human capital management systems, ensuring seamless integration with our broader enterprise digital transformation (including our SAP S/4HANA financial environment).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in HRIS administration, architecture, and implementation within a global, multi-entity environment
  • Deep expertise in tier-one HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) and reporting/visualization tools (like Power BI)
  • Strong familiarity with global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and proven experience managing HR systems within a SOX-compliant, pre-IPO, or publicly traded environment
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and automation
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to communicate complex, technical system concepts clearly to non-technical HR and Finance stakeholders
