Role OverviewPartner with the Executive Director and Vice President to support the innovation and development of high-quality Face and Skincare products that align with brand strategy and Marketing Calendar timelines.
What You Will Do
Manage day-to-day product development, including evaluating formulas, shade matching nuanced complexion shades across diverse skin tones and undertones, and researching new ingredients, technologies, and trends to identify innovation opportunities.

Requirements
- Undergraduate College Degree Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- Strong skills in tactile/aesthetic evaluation of cosmetic products as well as the ability to communicate product understanding
- Ability to think creatively and brainstorm new ideas to stay ahead of the market curve
- Excellent organization, communication and follow-through skills with a keen eye for detail
- Multi-functional, flexible, to handle ever changing priorities
- Strong written, oral, and presentation-based communication skills
- Flexibility in travel
- Job requires both domestic and foreign travel
- Well versed in social media and social network activities and trends
- Position requires 5+ years of product development experience in a fast paced, high pressure corporate environment requiring little supervision
