Role OverviewThe Manager, Global Real Estate Transactions is responsible for the execution and management of Advanced Energy's global real estate transaction activities across a worldwide portfolio. Reporting to the Director, Global Real Estate, this role leads lease negotiations, renewals, acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio optimization initiatives while ensuring alignment with business strategy, operational requirements, and financial objectives.

The position serves as the primary point of coordination between business stakeholders, brokers, landlords, legal counsel, Finance, and external consultants to deliver high-quality transaction outcomes that support the company's growth and operational needs.

Requirements
- Strong expertise in commercial real estate transactions and lease negotiations.
