Role OverviewThis position is responsible for the daily clinical aspect of the Assisted Living Department, functioning to meet all residents' needs. The HWM manages the care staff in AL by scheduling, evaluating, and supporting the frontline care staff while reporting to the HWD.
What You Will Do
The HWM should be in close contact with resident families and be instrumental in care plan meetings and service issues as they relate to care.

Requirements
- Level of Formal Education: HS or GED
- 3-5+ years caregiver experience preferred
