Role OverviewSK hynix America is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to serve as the people architecture lead for the company's AI and advanced technology portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, launching, and stabilizing new AI/Tech organizations, leading executive search and senior-leader onboarding, and building the HR infrastructure needed to support next-generation technology teams.
What You Will Do
The Manager, HR Business Partner will design org structures for new AI/Tech teams, lead workforce planning, partner with Talent Acquisition to drive end-to-end recruiting, develop onboarding programs, serve as the primary HR advisor to Tech/AI leaders, and lead performance management cycles.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HRBP supporting engineering, AI, or technology organizations
- Demonstrated experience building or significantly scaling new teams or organizations
- Track record of partnering with engineering or technical leaders
- Strong command of organizational design principles, workforce planning, and talent acquisition strategy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence at all levels including senior leadership
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and operate across global or matrixed organizations
- Ability to travel 10–15% annually
