Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Manager, HR Business Partner to partner with Sr. Manager, Executives, and Fleet personnel to drive strategic human capital plans that support organizational goals, providing HR guidance and counsel to leaders, managers, and the HR team regarding succession planning, organizational design and change, employee engagement, compensation, organization effectiveness, managing performance and conduct, employee relations, and talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • 10 years of Human Resources experience at HR Business Partner level or above
  • 7+ years of experience with coaching at the manager level, focus on performance management, employee relations and data analytics/reporting
  • Experience in cruise industry a plus
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated project management and change management experience and experience driving programs independently
  • Demonstrated analytical and data management experience with experience translating data into action planning
  • High level of influencing skills
  • Foundational knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, performance management
  • Must possess strong skills/experience in business partnering
  • Effective business acumen skills and abilities that will allow the quick grasp, immersion and understanding of business issues, needs and imperatives
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and delivery with proven, measurable results for managing change
  • Strong talent management, leadership development, performance management, and org dev. experience
  • Demonstrated success in creating an environment of trust with clients where integrity is unquestioned; can effectively utilize negotiation and conflict resolution skills when needed
  • Ability to analyze HR metrics for use in developing goals and driving key business strategies and objectives
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communications skills with all levels of the organization required
  • Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures business compliance
  • Interpersonal and communication experience and building relationships at all levels of the organization
