Job Description
At Cloudbeds, we're not just building software, we’re transforming hospitality. Our intelligently designed platform powers properties across 150 countries, processing billions in bookings annually. We're looking for a Manager, HRBP- GTM to be a strategic partner to senior leaders and a key point of support for Cloudbeds team members across North America and Canada.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–4+ years of progressive HRBP, HR Manager, or senior HR Generalist experience.
  • Certification in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) is a strong plus.
  • Experience supporting GTM/Strategy or CS/Onboarding organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of the US and Canadian labor and employment law and compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cultures and time zones.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong data manipulation and analysis skills in Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and a high level of integrity.
  • Strong judgment, ownership, confidentiality, and problem-solving.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environment.
