Job Description
Cloudbeds is seeking a Manager, HRBP- GTM to serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders and support Cloudbeds team members across North America and Canada. The role involves shaping organizational effectiveness, strengthening leadership capability, and guiding culture and team member relations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related field
3-4+ years of progressive HRBP, HR Manager, or senior HR Generalist experience
Certification in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) is a strong plus
Experience supporting GTM/Strategy or CS/Onboarding organizations
Strong knowledge of the US and Canadian labor and employment law and compliance standards
Proven ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cultures and time zones
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong data manipulation and analysis skills in Excel
