Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and hands on Human Resources Manager to lead all HR operations for a growing organization of 100+ employees across two California facilities, as well as a population of multi state remote employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibility
  • Strong knowledge of California employment law and HR best practices
  • Experience supporting multi-state and remote employees
  • Experience working with both hourly and salaried populations
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM‐CP/SCP certification preferred
