Job Description
Manage the proposal team to ensure efficient and successful proposal development, ensure compliance with customer requirements and RFP instructions, and lead the development of internal and external compliant cost proposals, pricing models, and pricing volumes.

Requirements

  • Lead the development of internal and external compliant cost proposals, pricing models, and pricing volumes in response to federal solicitations.
  • Manage and conduct proposal submissions in accordance with Capture and Pursuit Process
  • Manage and oversee the entire proposal process from pre-RFP preparation, through solution preparation and writing, to final publication and submission
  • Ensure pricing aligns with solicitations requirements, FAR/DFARS, CAS, and internal policies.
  • Develop the Proposal Plan and migrate information from early phases of Capture and Pursuit into Proposal Development Plan
  • Manage a Configuration Managed proposal management system and maintain a repository of high-quality, reuseable response templates and examples
  • Build and maintain detailed cost models across contract types and be able to adjust models to answer executive “what if” and scenario-based questions.
