Job Description
The Manager II Behavioral Health Service - LICSW will be responsible for Behavioral Health Case Management. Serves as a mentor to lower leveled managers and as a subject matter expert for other areas of the company and within the department. Develops and manages annual operating budget. LOCATION: Washington D.C. in-office 4 days per week. You must be within a commutable distance of this location. HOURS: General business hours, Monday through Friday. Hybrid 2: This role requires associates to be in-office 4 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

Requirements

  • Requires current, active, unrestricted license as an LICSW to practice as a health professional within the scope of licensure within the District of Columbia.
  • MS in social work, counseling, psychology or related behavioral health field or a degree in nursing and minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with facility-based and/or outpatient psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment and extensive experience in case management and telephonic coaching with members with a broad range of complex psychiatric/substance abuse and/or medical disorders;
  • A minimum of 2 years prior management experience is required.
  • Prior experience in Managed Care setting required.
  • Certification as a Case Manager preferred.
