Manager II & III – Near-Term Transmission Planning

Requirements

• Manage (for Manager II) / Direct (for Manager III) activities that support the development and maintenance of near-term load forecasts
• Build near-term planning base and sensitivity models to assess system performance under realistic forecast scenarios
• Analyze transmission system performance in accordance with NERC and ERCOT requirements
• Develop strategies to resolve identified conflicts between projects
• Communicate construction outage risks, constraints, and mitigation plans to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and maintain processes to integrate near-term planning functions with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide technical expertise and subject matter expert knowledge related to near-term planning functions
• Collaborate with Compliance team to ensure all transmission system modeling and analysis activities are performed in accordance with internal processes and meet all NERC and ERCOT requirements
• Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders/peers
• Facilitate a high-performance team culture
