Role Overview

As a Manager-In-Training, you will complete a training program under supervision and learn to manage daily store operations. You will maintain a pleasant environment for customers and team members.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor, lead or assistant manager in a retail or fast food environment
  • Ability to coach, train and develop team members
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid and infraction-free Driver's License
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Flexible to work varying shifts, including overnight shifts and holidays
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to occasionally push and pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Ability to occasionally climb a ladder
