Role OverviewAs a Manager In Training, you will lead store talent acquisition and talent development, building strong partnerships with Clinical services, and ensuring brand standards are met in the lab area.
What You Will Do
You will analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, communicate effectively with the Support Center and Human Resources, and execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames, and edge stock lenses to expedite delivery of eyeglasses.
