Job Description
True Legacy Homes is a rapidly growing residential real estate investment company that is looking for a Manager in Training (MIT) to develop future Retail Sales Managers. The MIT program provides hands-on experience in estate sales operations, team management, and customer service.

Requirements

  • Valid Class C driver’s license.
  • Open availability (including weekends and holidays) to meet retail business needs.
  • Verifiable 2 years or more experience in a retail or hospitality setting is required.
  • Strong leadership potential with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
