Role OverviewCirrus Social Club is the world's first upscale cannabis lounge, expanding toward five locations by 2030. The Manager in Training (MIT) program is an immersive, hands-on path where you work directly in every position on the floor to master operations before stepping into management.
What You Will Do
You will run food, prep on the kitchen line, hold the door on a busy weekend night, pack product at the Sesh Bar, and manage a floor section as a Flight Attendant. The program rotation includes dedicated shifts as Runner, Kitchen, Host, Sesh Bar, Flight Attendant, Kitchen Manager, and Sesh Manager.

Requirements
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Able to obtain and maintain a Colorado MED employee badge
- Ability to work nights and weekends during peak business hours
- Comfortable standing, walking, and remaining on your feet for full shifts
- Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and move throughout the facility for extended periods
- Ability to lift, with assistance, objects up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to respond quickly to operational, guest service, or safety needs in a fast-paced environment
