As a Manager in Training, you'll spend time on each shift learning alongside long-term staff at various departments. You'll be responsible for becoming a specialist in each department's programs, procedures, and systems.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, adapting to different environments, and demonstrating a leadership mentality. You'll take ownership of assigned projects and work to grow and develop your skills.
