Role OverviewThe Manager of Industrial Engineering 2 will lead an industrial engineering team focused on developing and sustaining IEOM principles on established and developmental work. They will sit on the site leadership team and guide the implementation of new production performance measurement tools, metrics, and processes.
What You Will Do
The manager will lead industrial engineers and possibly project managers, provide technical and leadership support to the Industrial Engineering team, drive strategic initiatives and tactical actions to improve program cost and schedule performance, and administer to Industrial Engineering employees.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (STEM preferred) and 4 years of professional experience in industrial engineering, operations/management, engineering and/or relevant experience
- Two years of proven experience leading teams OR projects
- Active U.S. Government Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable period of time
