Role OverviewThe Manager, Integrated Monetization Programs will serve as a key project management lead for WBD US Networks Digital's integrated partner programs across social, site, and commerce platforms. This individual will be responsible for organizing cross-functional workstreams, managing timelines and deliverables for select programs, communicating priorities, and ensuring partner programs move efficiently from concept and pitch through activation and completion.

Manage program intake and planning, own timelines, deliverables, and workflow, coordinate cross-functional execution, support packaging and go-to-market readiness, support development of new opportunities, improve processes and program consistency, and support adjacent initiatives.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project management, integrated marketing, brand partnerships, digital media, or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, workstreams, dependencies, and deadlines
- Strong planning, prioritization, organization, and follow-through skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience building and maintaining project plans, timelines, status trackers, action item logs, and stakeholder communications
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with project management tools such as Airtable or similar platforms preferred
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital content partnerships, branded content programs, and emerging monetization opportunities
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations, solve problems proactively, and help teams align around shared goals and deliverables
