Job Description
The Manager, Integrated Operations owns the day-to-day orchestration of Production & Capacity Planning, Operational Excellence (OPEX), and EHS leadership. This leader ensures a safe workplace, stable plan, and continuous improvement engine that drives delivery, cost, and quality.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
7+ years in manufacturing operations with hands-on experience in production/capacity planning and cross-functional leadership.
Demonstrated OPEX/Lean leadership and data-driven problem solving.
Working knowledge of EHS programs and compliance fundamentals.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP and operations analytics.
