Role OverviewThe IT Security Operations Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the organization's cybersecurity program. This role oversees threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and security monitoring to ensure the protection of enterprise assets, data, and infrastructure.
What You Will Do
Manage security analysts and incident responders, oversee real-time monitoring, threat detection, and incident response activities, develop and maintain playbooks, runbooks, and escalation procedures, and lead investigations of security incidents and breaches.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
- CISSP, CISM certifications preferred

- Demonstrated experience managing technical teams and leading technical projects
- Strong understanding of security operations, threat intelligence, and incident response
- Experience with SIEM platforms EDR tools, and cloud security
- Familiarity with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, and CIS Controls
